The use of the Meridian Cybersecurity logos and marks for certification are limited to the use for the specific items that we certify. We must approve, in writing, any usage of the Meridian Certification logo. Any approval of such usage MUST ensure traceability back to Meridian Cybersecurity. There SHALL be no ambiguity, in the mark or accompanying text, as to what has been certified and that Meridian Cybersecurity is the Certifying Body. This mark SHALL not be used on a product nor product packaging nor in any other way that may be interpreted as denoting product conformity. In addition, since we may cancel/withhold, withdraw, or otherwise de-certify any company who fails to demonstrate compliance with standards, we do not permit our logo to be applied to any permanent packaging, containers, or printed materials. At no time, will we ever permit our logos and marks to be applied by certified clients to laboratory test, calibration or inspection reports or certificates. This statement applies to:
- identification (e.g. brand or name) of the certified client;
- the type of management system (e.g. quality, environment) and the applicable standard;
- our organization, for issuing the certificate.
The same applies to any outsourced works;
- Meridian Cybersecurity retains all rights to our logos and certification marks and MUST approve the application of all marks and logos.
